There was a very
close race between Leo Hill and Seth Bullard. The first tie breaker was scores
shot head to head in the same class, since neither shot against the other in
class at any point in the series, it went to the second tie breaker, points by
shoot that were shot head to head. It was very close race and Leo Hill won by
one head to head shoot and the points garnered in that shoot.
I would like to congratulate all the new members of Team Texas, you guys did a
great job in the series and deserved to win, I know you will represent the state
well! I would also like to thank all the shooters, range owners and people that
helped make a great Texas Challenge Series again this year. The final
spreadsheets will be sent to Barbara Garney the TSCA Secretary this afternoon.
They will be posted on the TSCA website as soon as she gets back to town. The
entire spreadsheets will be their for everyone to peruse. The awards for all the
Team Texas members will take place at the State shoot in San Angelo in June
2006.
Lastly, I expect another great series in 2006. The clubs have all been picked
and they should be on the TSCA Website, if they are not already. We have now
hired a permanent score keeper for the TCS, this will allow us to post scores
quicker than in the past and allow all of you to know where you stand after each
shoot in a timely fashion. I appreciate the patience while we got the scores
entered and double checked. Hopefully, it was worth the wait. If you have any
questions, please get a hold of me of Steve Schultz. I look forward to seeing
